The terrain at this altitude has a Mediterranean feel with dusty red earth thick with gnarled juniper bushes and wild mint and thyme. The Azzaden Valley, however, was a photographer&#8217;s dream with lush autumnal walnut trees densely crowding mountain streams on the valley floor and perfectly offsetting the rocky, dusty monochrome valley flanks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our tow-day\/one-night tour walk to Imnane Valley from Imlil The trail takes you up to 2279m before descending to Ouaneskra and a night in a local Gite. After the large village of Tachddirt, the trail takes you over the Tizi nou Agersioual pass (2000m), before continuing to Agersioual village then back to Marrakech.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table is-style-stripes\"><table><tbody><tr><td>Most successful treks are tailor made with client requirements, age and numbers in consideration. Please have dates in mind and approximate number of people.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>All our treks include an English speaking guide, mules and a cook, transport to and from Marrakech and all food whilst on the trek<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"text-transform:uppercase\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-neve-link-color-color\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-neve-link-color-color\">Walking Itinerary<\/mark><\/strong><\/mark><\/strong> <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-neve-link-color-color\">Option 1<\/mark><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-neve-text-color-color\">Day <\/mark>1: Marrakech-Imlil-Ouaneskra<\/strong>. We leave Marrakech after breakfast and drive to Imlil via Asni. Imlil is the principal trailhead for walkers, and a busy market town. We meet our mule muleteer and once all our gear is loaded we begin walking along the valley towards Ouaneskra, some 8kms beyond Imlil. Soon the trail begins to rise as we climb up to the pass at Tizi n&#8217;Tamatert (2279m). We then descend to the pretty village of Ouaneskra (2000m)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-neve-text-color-color\">Day <\/mark>2: <strong>Ouaneskra<\/strong> \u2013 Aguersioual &#8211; Marrakech<\/strong> .Walk the Imnane valleys are stretched out below us and Mount Oukaimeden towers above. Descending through meadows of lupins and conifers, we head for the hamlets of Ikis and Amskere where we stop for lunch before we return to Imlil via a different route. This time through Aguersioual have lunch then Drive to Marrakech.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"text-transform:uppercase\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-neve-link-color-color\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-neve-link-color-color\">Walking Itinerary<\/mark><\/strong><\/mark><\/strong> <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-neve-link-color-color\">Option 2<\/mark><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-neve-text-color-color\">Day 1<\/mark>: MARRAKECH &#8211; IMI OURGHLAD &#8211; TIZI N&#8217;TACHT &#8211; TISSI OUSSEM<\/strong>. Departure from Marrakech through trailhead of Imi Ourghlad Once refreshed, we&#8217;re off down winding tracks of the upper slopes for some 3 hours to come to Tizi n&#8217;Tacht (2000m), before carrying on to the Valley of the Assif Ouissadene. From here we enter the village of Tissi Oussem (1850m) for our dinner and overnight accommodation in a gite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-neve-text-color-color\">Day 2<\/mark>: TISSI OUSSEM &#8211; TIZI M&#8217;ZIK &#8211; IMLIL &#8211; MARRAKECH<\/strong>. We strike out up through pine and juniper trees to traverse the Tizi M&#8217;Zik and descend slowly to the foot of the col just before the hamlet of M&#8217;Zik (1806m).
