From the rugged mountains and rough tracks (pistes) through river valleys and gorges, past remote Berber villages to the lush green oases, palm groves and desert dunes of the Sahara, this will be an exhilarating and memorable experience for anyone with a sense of adventure. Leaving in the morning you will drive to Zagora through the High Atlas Mountains by the Tizi n&#8217;Tichka pass (2260m) via Agdz stop for lunch in Agdz, Arriving in Zagora you\u2019ll find yourself in a typical oasis, and important stopping point for camel caravans and now a gateway to the desert. You will stay in Hotel. We stop at the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou for a short visit after on our way back from Zagora,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Day 2<strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/strong> <strong>Zagora &#8211; A\u00eft Benhaddou &#8211; Marrakech<\/strong>. <\/strong>Return to Marrakesh stopping for lunch at A\u00eft Benhaddou, an early departure (6am) from Zagora will give enough time to explore the ancient mud walled Kasbah. A\u00eft Benhaddou is a &#8216;fortified city&#8217;, or ksar, along the former caravan route between the Sahara and Marrakech.
